With 18 years of research and management experience at leading pharmaceutical companies including Eli Lilly, Merck, and Gilead, Dr. Lin Wang currently serve as Director of Analytical Development & Operations at Gilead Sciences. In this role, she leads analytical projects for both small molecule and peptide drug substance and drug product development, spanning a wide range of dosage forms from discovery through commercialization. Dr. Lin Wang also sponsors several operational excellence working groups to enhance business processes and operational efficiency across the organization.Lin's professional mission is to advance science and medicine for the benefit of patients and society. Throughout her career, she has made significant contributions to patient care and has authored over 40 publications in her field. Outside of her professional work, Dr. Lin Wang is an active volunteer with several nonprofit organizations.Dr. Lin Wang earned her PhD in Analytical Chemistry from University of Florida, where she received honors such as the ACS Analytical Chemistry Academic Year Graduate Fellowship and the Chinese Government Award for Outstanding Students Abroad.
