• Coordinate international assignment activities in Asia Pacific on behalf of clients as outlined in contractual agreement. • Provide advice and guidance to assignees, receiving managers and my counterpart advisors on global mobility related matters.• Manage all relocation activities, including immigration application, shipment coordination, travel and other logistic arrangements.• Maintain the system to ensure that all assignees record are accurate and up-to-date.• Make recommendations to improve the existing global mobility policies and process.

• Act as the key person and the first point of contact to provide advice and support to assignees and client HR contacts on Global Mobility policies and process in a timely and accurate manner.• Responsible for the coordination of expatriation and repatriation for international and domestic assignments.• Deliver Global Mobility services to assignees and ensure that the services are provided in line with client’s agreed service level agreements. • Prepare letter of assignment, letter of appointment and transfer notice.• Reconcile and execute global payroll instructions including the base salary adjustments, allowances payment and bonus payout. Follow up with payroll team to ensure that the payroll deadlines are met and any overpayment or underpayments are corrected.• Provide feedback and recommendation to improve Global Mobility policies and process.• Responsible to communicate any changes of Global Mobility policy to assignees.

Singapore

• Generate cost projections to assist with the client’s decision making.• Generate payroll instructions for assignees including the base salary adjustment, allowance payment and bonus payout.• Execute allowances (including housing allowances, utility allowance, transportation allowances, hardship allowances etc.) adjustments for assignees based on policy and the result of the market survey.• Review and make recommendations to improve existing benefits to ensure that the company remains competitive in the market.• Work closely with Client's Human Resources and Finance departments to provide the compensation information required for tax reporting purposes to the tax provider.• Design and implement assignment package for projects based on specific business requirements.• Maintain and update Human Recourses Information System to ensure assignees’ information are up to date.
