My role of account assistant includes working directly for the accountant, accounting & finance manager, helping them to maintain the office and keep it running smoothly. As well as helping the manager, my role also needs dealing with customers and external agencies.Other duties and responsibilities of my role include:Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.Preparing and managing statutory accounts.Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries. Managing petty cash transactions. Controlling credit and chasing debt. Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits.

My role of Premier Relationship Manager, based on Personal Financial Services Department, is to manage the relationship of China Construction Bank with both premier and normal clients. I am responsible to acquire, develop and deepen relationships with a portfolio of our clients. In details, my responsibilities include：Acquiring new clients with proactive strategic planning; Developing long term, in depth relationships with clients; Delivering a tailored and consistent wealth management services to the premier clients; Leading activities to ensure opportunities are identified and the needs from clients are met effectively while maximize available resources; Supporting and handling all customer questions and queries in a professional and effective manner on a daily basis; Working closely with regional team and other internal departments; Keeping clients updated in a timely manner of all changes in relevant regulations and rules; Promoting new products and contributing to the Bank’s profitability.
