• Development and execution of HR & OD services supporting 5 locations and 250 employees including commercial, QARA, supply chain, R&D, IT, finance, and sourcing and planning.• Provided leadership and direction in key areas, including employee relations, organizational development, change management, HRIS, recruiting, and all generalist duties while executing training and development initiatives to align with corporate initiatives. • Performed needs analysis across the matrixed organization to determine individual and departmental performance gaps, group dynamics, operating disciplines, cross-division best practices, training, and structural design/needs.• Developed and implemented HR dashboards for Distribution and QARA organizations enabling business leaders to understand and leverage key people metrics to achieve business objectives.• Championed employee engagement by partnering with business leaders to develop and evolve the D&I platform across the site culminating in the launch of three Employee Resources Groups and site-wide initiatives that played a key role in increasing Employee Involvement Survey Inclusion scores and a new diverse recruitment strategy.

• Managed and supported Global HR programs, processes, and special projects across the SDG business unit proactively and independently working with HR leaders through the application of specialized skills to address organizational issues and provide support to Senior Executives and the then newly formed Companion Diagnostics sales team. • Developed and implemented plan to manage SDG data cleanup in preparation for implementing new Headcount Policy; created structure and identified key Division stakeholders with whom to collaborate, resulting in successful data cleanup and positioning Group for Headcount Policy go-live.• Co-facilitated PPI data integrity project: resulting in a recommendation to create a new data reporting mechanism based on compliance criteria with new report criteria built into Workday.
