I am an analytical thinker with knowledge and experiences in different fields, ranging from sales and engineering to project management and internal consulting. I call myself an independent, highly flexible global citizen, easily adapting to any dynamic environment. I came to Singapore from China when I was 15 by myself and so far, I have studied and worked in different geographies such as France and Kazakhstan. I am passionate and driven by the impact and achievement I am able to bring. I was a project engineer leading a diverse team to design, construct and successfully deliver 2 mobile drilling platform projects in a male-dominated industry. Before INSEAD, I was the pioneer internal consultant in company’s first post-McKinsey Lean Transformation Program, responsible of formulating organizational level of framework.I am a highly committed individual, an active and curious explorer constantly seeking challenges in a fast-paced environment.
