I am a strong believer that technologies have great impact in our society. Technologies connect communities together, offer more effective collaborations, and protect privacy. It has always been my desire inspire and work with great teams; grow together with the companies in order to build the cutting edge technologies our community needs.During my career, I've always acted on my belief. Joining Silicon Valley startups to prototyping innovative ideas, along with joining industrial leaders to innovate on the next generation features, I practiced the engineering bible: simple, stable and scalable. All the startups I worked for either went IPO or have been acquired by industry leaders. The products we made have contributed positively to the community: helping Job seekers locate career opportunity; facilitating Hirer to find the most qualified candidates; guiding the customer to protect data, integrity and privacy.
