As the people manager to lead SW Configuration Management team

- Coordinate S40 software build team in Chinese projects, and communicate with project management team to ensure the on time deliveries.- Developing the build scripts for Data Package system.

As acting team leader to be responsible for product SW Integration (MIB team). Mainly develop products based on OSE platform.- Setup & build-up SW Integration team and provide training for engineers.- Responsible for product SW Integration. Mainly develop products based on OSE platform.- Configuration defect correction & improvement; SW integration on product-level- Cross-functional & emergent issues analyzing and solving- Analysis and solution for pivotal issues, such as memory leak & performance issues, power consumption- Returned samples analysis- Understanding mobile phone software platform architecture & embedded OS principle; cultivated experience on SW integration & configuration management- Be familiar with related development tools and configuration & defect management tools (such as ClearCase, ClearQuest)- Good comprehension & application competence on essential theoretic and technology of Object-Oriented & C/C++, Data Structure, OS principle, etc.

- Responsible for enterprise application development projects based on database system. Most of applications developed ware B/S structure, and several ones adopted C/S.- Master the front-end & back-end Web development tools, such as VBScript/JavaScript , ASP, PHP, JSP; Understand HTML, XML application- Application development tools: Visual Basic, Visual .NET C#- Be familiar with Java and J2ME development- Know the principle of database management, and be able to use SQL Server- Understanding on Object-oriented technology
