- Play as focal point for all IT required services and solutions across Business functional departments.- Map Business requirements into technical representation for changes.- Prepare requirements assessment and evaluation document to indicate the implementation feasibility with ensuring solutions meet business needs.- Managing request priorities based on business needs, and resource availability.- Oversee the implementation of services and technology end to end.- Contribute to solution creation and provide technical recommendations when needed according to business requirements with the concerned team. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.- Manage changes to requirements through effective use of change control processes and tools. - Collaborate with application owners and product managers to understand capacity requirements, and software optimization initiatives, and generate short/long-term capacity demand forecasts.- Assist in enforcement of project deadlines, schedules, and methodologies (waterfall/agile). - Leading IT related projects, managing resources including team members, infrastructure, and technologies. - Collect and analyze the project's business requirements and transfer the same knowledge to the development/configuration team. - Creating project plans, timelines, roadmaps, and responsibility matrix documents and ensuring timely closure of projects Reporting.

- Leading and participating as key member in Delivery projects.- Managing and participating in UAT for new project and communicating with customer to build strong UAT cases that matching their business.- Providing planning for implementation for new projects.- Responsible for software upgrade for patch and new version.- Mastering and developing for all Product work for OCS and assist business team customer in ideas to improve user experience and revenue.- Collecting requirement from customer and build FRS and leading communication with R&D to implement customer’s change request.- Supporting Sales & Planning teams by Conducting OCS/ SDP Related studies, proposing new solutions and provide network insight to build new opportunity.- Managing regular meeting with external and internal to ensure business success and provide professional service to customers.- Maintaining customer network by troubleshooting issues, analysis KPI, preform health check and applying rectification and precaution for system stability.- Work with Third parties to asses for launch new product to ensure customer success.- Responsible for integration different nodes (UGW,PCRF,SMSC,SDP and provisioning) to OCS and fully understanding to E2E flow with all services, different interfaces (GY,SY,webservice,GX) and protocol (Diameter,CAP,SMPP) .- Supporting customer by generating analysis reports that strongly support business analysis.- Meeting Customers Goals & Targets.- Leading and training new intern in OCS/SDP product line.
