About Lina Bagepalli

I have an extensive background in characterization of RNA-based molecular therapeutic modalities and biochemistry based assays, protein purification, molecular biology techniques, in vitro and mammalian cell based and genomic assays including nascent RNA sequencing. Currently working on high throughput screening methodologies to recruit endogenous ADAR for site directed RNA editing. I am a team player and am passionate about teaching and training younger scientists. I completed my dissertation work in the lab of John Lis and have a PhD in Molecular Biology with a concentration in Biochemistry from Cornell University.
