7 years of my own military service and world traveler in my youth as a military dependent. Spent a little time in Iowa for civilian schooling after the army. Worked for BCBS IASD in the Electronic Claim department. Upon graduation from the National Education Center with my Associates in Computer Engineering and Electronics I started with Iowa Methodist Hospital in the Bio-Tech department as a hardware technician. Moved back to Utah and accepted a position at Piracle Inc. as a Phone Support Tech in 1996. Now as Operations manager, I manage the Operations side of all of our Services Products such as Secure Printing Service, Piracle Pay Service and Xpress Pay Stubs products. I develop the technical write-ups for our development teams for customization for Operation needs. Perform new hire security training for Salt Lake office. Manage all billing for our per item services. Technical lead for Strategic Partner development needs and lead for internal and external escalations.
