Developed algorithm to research all databases for green last mile start-ups worldwide. Main areas: Electric vehicles and charging infrastructure, sustainable delivery, carbon credits, solar panels. Initial contact with startups, initiated legal processes (NDAs), and negotiated costs and pilot projects with start-ups. Presented three finalists to managers and initiated process for a pilot project, potential improvement of CO2 emissions by 40%.

Proposed a suitable digital solution for complex requirements which made the use of resources more efficient, and processes simpler (automated software instead of Excel lists). Investigated the IT landscape, researched softwares providers, discussed the needs of diverse stakeholders, and initiated contact with fleet management providers.

Team leader of the cardboard reuse project in collaboration with DHL. Initiated and monitored the reuse project, reusing 17% of cardboards, saving US$16.9k in one month. Presented high-level PowerPoint to convince managers of the project. Developed an automated report with Excel that is updated monthly for all sustainability projects. Achieved a simple, flexible, and scalable process for KPI tracking of money, CO2, and trees saved. Bonus project: Proposed recycling solution for textile waste which decreased CO2 emissions and money spent by 40%.

Monitored activities of all departments in weekly collaboration with division leaders to ensure KPI achievement which improved area readiness from 75% to 90% in 6 months.
