 Business development, approach client directly to sell recruitment service, negotiate terms and conditions;  Order taking, analyze JD, get detailed requirements from client, share market information and advise solutions to client;  Search candidate through data base, cold calling, networking, and referral. Do job posting on internet, maintain talent Database, keep close relationship with candidates;  Interview candidates face to face, qualify them and prepare candidate report with comments to clients. Update recruiting status, keep good communication with client to improve service quality and fill rate;  Negotiate offer with candidate, reference check, assist in candidate onboard, keep in touch with candidate and client to know the candidate performance after onboard, solve related problems.

 Work with cross function extended teams to support new platform development schedule or sustaining schedule.  Collect sample request and purchase test materials via Ariba, WOW, etc. for internal engineering team.  Monitor and follow ODM on material preparation and system build. Provide necessary help like driving supplier commits or pull in schedule due to parts shortages or other issues. Work closely with DM, PjM, Engineer, operations and marketing teams from local and other design centers. Contribute to define Material PjM R&R and related process after re-org.  Set up BOM for new platform in Agile, create part# for new part, etc,.
