Implementation of the website improvements which I pitched during my summer trainee period as well as marketing and design related work.

Master's thesis topic: "Assessing and developing chat functionality for a business-to-business e-commerce platform in a load handling company"

I mapped the Hiab.com website and found pain points through navigation mapping, benchmarking and customer journeys. Based on the research, I designed and prototyped an improved navigation and website structure as well as designed the content of specific pages.
