Achievements:I implemented a regional database to have a holistic view of all pharmaceutical products on a regional level. This led to the acceleration of cooperation between all subsidiaries and to create cross country strategies.Managed 18 cross selling projects within the region for the launching of Sanfer's portfolio in Chile, Argentina, Central America, Colombia, Mexico.Together with the Regulatory Management team, I led the Arts Homologation project for the Top 10 products in Colombia, Ecuador, Centroamerica, Argentina which marked the beginning of the positioning and recognition of Sanfer's image in the region.Achieved the renegotiation of API manufacturers for one of our export products achieving savings of about 200%.In 2018 I evidenced the need for a corporate regulatory management that would safeguard the sustainability of products.
