Speerpunt Equality, Diversity and Inclusion binnen het bachelorprogramma

Deze functie heb ik twee jaar achtereenvolgens vervuld.In het college jaar 2020-2021 en 2021-2022 heb ik plaatsgenomen als student-lid in de Opleidingscommissie. Als vertegenwoordiger van de stem van studenten Culturele Antropologie heb ik cursussen geëvalueerd, panelgesprekken gehouden en advies gegeven aan het managementteam met betrekking tot de kwaliteit van de opleiding.2020-2021 Ik heb me in het bijzonder ingezet voor diversiteit en inclusie binnen de opleiding; studeren tijdens COVID-19; aangrijpingspunten en mogelijkheden loopbaanoriëntatie; communicatie tussen de opleidingsorganen.2021-2022: Mede-oprichter en lid Diversity & Inclusion Taskforce, Cultural Anthropology 2022Taskforce bestaande uit vijf studenten en drie docenten om de opleiding te verbeteren op het gebied van diversiteit en inclusie. Het resultaat was een rapport met presentatie en voorstel voor een permanent committee. Training gevolgd over:- UU Onderwijs- en Examenregeling- Bereiken van de achterban- Inwerken van opvolgers

Als bijlesdocent heb ik voor een half jaar een groep 8 leerling ondersteund bij spelling en taalvaardigheden en een leerling ondersteund op weg naar het vwo- eindexamen Nederlands leesvaardigheden
