I’m lucky enough to fill my days working with our teams to grow and nurture Bellroy's sales and operations. I love the amazingly useful tools of lean thinking and the theory of constraints, I try to apply them all through Bellroy and where ever else I can. I aim to consider ideas in the broadest context. To make some *thing* happen, you need to find how that *thing* really fits into the world, not just into a meeting room or spreadsheet. I'm happy playing with ideas, but also getting something to the ground is super important too. And for Bellroy’s future, specifically, we're aiming to build one of the world's leading carry companies.
