Focusing on products that provides house valuation and data solutions to UK's leading mortgage lenders.Responsibilities:- Leading two scrum teams in parallel, made up by software architects/engineers, data engineers and quality engineers- Gaining strong customer insights by talking to, listening to, and observing our users- Leading the team in brainstorming new product ideas and help clear internal and external blockers - Recommending the scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements- Breaking down product requirements to user stories, leading story refinement with the engineering team and regularly grooming the backlog- Collecting data and customer insight to identify opportunities to improve our customer user experience

Selected as one of two contractors out of a cohort of ~50 to be offered a permanent job at Apple. Responsibilities: - Conducting user research and user acceptance testing for new recruitment platforms- Working with engineering team to prioritise new product features- Partnering with external vendors on implementation and support on third party systems- Assisting recruitment teams across EMEIA on recruitment tools- Developing, improving and delivering training to internal teams

- Conducting CV screening, Phone interviews and Video interviews for roles in our Apple stores across Europe. - Partnering with the hiring managers to understand the current market needs.
