The AO is a medically-guided, not-for-profit organisation, a global network of surgeons, and the world's leading education, innovation, and research organisation specializing in the surgical treatment of trauma and musculoskeletal disorders.MCI created dedicated AO team , which supports planning of educational courses Globally!My role as Cluster lead is to support my teams in NORTH, DACH AND MENA regions.Allocate courses based on their regionsSupport with contracting suppliersAssist in finding solutions of any issues possibleEnsure positive team spirit!Next to that I am also heavily involved in course planning myself , with approx 35 courses per year within East & North Europe as well as South Africa!
