A Palestinian cultural non profit organisation, based in Ramallah, specialized in Theatre production and training, established in 1991, its main goal is to make theatre a tool of social change in the Palestinian society, the main three programs are: Theatre of the oppressed, Drama training for youth, professional theatre.

Production Assistance in the "Days of Cinema" film festival (4th edition)

Main tasks were :-Programming the venue's activities (Theater and Cinema)-Projects management -Networking and communication -Writing concept notes and participating in developing projects. - Representing the organisation in local and regional networking activities.

- Preparing contracts and agreements.- Reporting to the general director and the head of Board of directors. - Responsible for writing the annual report .- Updating the organization's database and information. - Coordinated the workshops at Two International Festivals ( Al Kasaba International Film Festival 2010 , And , Al Manara International Theater Days 2011 ) . - Responsible for managing the general director's office. - Taking Minutes during meetings. - Liaison general assembly annual meeting and board of directors meetings. - Providing assistance to the Human resources (Interviews, recruiting process , advertising the available vacancies, timesheets, reports , Short listing , jobs advertising , Health and Accidents Insurance, maintain the employees database , building a positive team working environment . - Responsible for office finance ,e.g ( delivering payments to services suppliers , such as electricity, water, …etc ) , responsible for the PettyCash , procurements , and preparing purchase orders . - Responsible for maintaining the organization insurance policies .- Archive office documents.- Writing business writing.- Facilitate team's, travel workshops and conferences that conducted by the theater, guest professionals and other professionals.
