As an Public Relations Intern I had many responsibilities. I managed a detailed PR reporting system and monitored all mentions of the brand and its products in print and online media. Further, I supported in the coordination, planning and distribution of communicationconcepts, such as PR-Activations and PR-Events. I processed PR requests and kept in contact with relevant media stakeholders. I drafted press releases and frequently conceptualized PR-Activations about Amorelies Product line, doing research work on editorial topics, key opinion leaders and current trends. Furthermore, I collaborated with external service providers and Amorelies PR-agency.

Idealo is one of the biggest price comparison services in Germany, leading the way in e-commerce. At idealo, i was part of the Merchant Performance and Quality team, which was responsible for account management of the B2B-stakeholders (businesses and vendors) listed in idealos price comparison tool.As a working student, I managed the Merchant Review System, did quality and fraud monitoring of customer-reviews and provided relevant information to internal and external stakeholders. Further, I monitored key merchant review data and advised our B2B-contacts in the optimization of reviews. Lastly, I resolved product-related conflicts between merchants and customers with the help of a ticketing-system. I provided monthly updates to the team on the key metrics of the customer review system, analyzed various metrics, and created PowerPoint presentations. On a quarterly basis, I support my colleagues in the preparation of updates for the entire customer experience department.

To this end, I created and executed a social media content strategy to maximize ticket sales and event awareness. I created social media content and used call-to-action functions of the club's own app.I was also responsible for managing the event speakers and supporting them with panels and presentations.

Founded in 1999, Ismart is a Brazilian non-profit organization that provides low-income young talent with scholarships to excellent schools and access to professional development and guidance programs from elementary school through university.During the six months I spent interning at Ismart, I became part of the Ismart Online Team. There, we focused on providing online scholarships as an additional branch of the scholarship system, providing pupils with study materials in selected subjects such as Portuguese, math, and essay writing. I was responsible for overseeing the online learning materials, reviewing them, and checking the quality of all materials before publication. I helped with questions and problems with the online learning platform and kept in touch with scholars from all over Brazil.In addition, I assisted the team with the planning and execution of a number of motivational offline events for scholarship holders in the São Paulo region.
