I work with language service providers and charities across the UK and beyond to provide interpreting and translation services from English to Arabic and from Arabic to English. Also I work with local charities to support refugees, asylum seekers and families from ethnic groups.Some of my duties include the following.- Interpret consecutively in a range of specialisms including medical (NHS), housing, benefits, social services, business, employment advice, education, and daily activities. - Translate documents from English to Arabic and Arabic to English including legal documents, medical and other public service information, business documents, case studies, correspondence, leaflets and brochures, CVs, and information sheets.- Proofread and edit to ensure the high quality of the translated document, and- Transcribe and translate voice messages from English to Arabic and vice versa.

I provide EFL lessons to adults at different levels by carrying out the following activities:- Plan and deliver lessons ensuring they help the learners achieve both their ESOL core curriculum and personal English learning objectives,- Design and adapt learning material and resources to meet the different needs and learning styles of the learners,- Work cooperatively with the learners by allowing open conversations regarding their objectives, needs, and wants, by gathering and giving feedback and by designing and facilitating individual and group lessons,- Develop lesson plans, maintain attendance records and fill out administrative paperwork
