I started my career as an Electrical Engineer in a small M&E Consultant Firm. At first, I thought that I would never like construction, be under the hot sun, surrounded by tough insensitive men. But eventually, I sustained in the Construction Industry for 12 years, attached to a number of companies. The Consultant, The Contractor, The Project Manager and The Developer. It was worth having the experience with those great guys. Somewhere along the line, I took a break and completed my Master Degree in Electronic Engineering, thinking of taking a challenge as a lecturer. But I could never be one. So, I return to the construction industry and continue a few more years before I decided to venture into new things. It was never too late when I accepted an offer as a Head of Department of Corporate Services in the Bus Industry, far away from Kuala Lumpur. It was worth an experience where I started to polish my human touch skills, ventured entirely new things of safety and security, purchasing and supply chain. For 3 years, I specialized in Procurement and Supply Chain Management and I thought that I had enough. I quickly grabbed an opportunity to join a new business setup within the organisation in 2017. Again it was a diversification of my interest. I was excited with the new term, the new skills, the new game. The Program Management Office, The Data Analysis, The Quality Management, The Project Management, The Transformation Plan. It will take me a while to master the list but I am looking forward for a success in my new challenge. It is a tough journey, but I am thriving myself to deliver to my Company's expectation. Deliver to serve the society and nation, I wish to contribute my time, my knowledge and my strength for the success of Public Transport Industry in Malaysia.
