As the Country Manager for Baltics at Samlerhuset Group, I am responsible for the operations and successful growth of the Baltic business. Managing an international team of 28 employees in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. I have been in this role for over 11 years, demonstrating my expertise in business development.My main responsibilities include adjusting and implementing the Samlerhuset Group strategy into the Baltic markets, budgeting, forecasting, and reaching revenue and EBITDA targets. I also ensure the effective performance and personal growth of my team, while supporting regular improvements in the company's operations, such as marketing, e-commerce, telemarketing, and customer service. This involves overseeing the sales of IT solutions through an indirect partner channel in Lithuania.My marketing responsibilities include planning and coordinating partner and customer-ready marketing activities, budget planning, market analysis, market segmentation, branding, and the launch of new products.Additionally, I focus on the development of the indirect partner channel, including the creation and engagement of a partner community dedicated to selling IT solutions for Optimized Print Services

In 2006, I was promoted to Licensing Compliance Manager, and later same year I took on the role of Customers and Partner Marketing Manager.
