Current- Managed an average of about 70 - 80 appeal cases (including compliments and feedback) per month relating employment assistance
- Assess and check the appeal cases referred from MP’s. Referrals will be sent to career centres for follow up with appointments.
- Track appeal cases to ensure that cases are followed-up & resolved promptly.
- Work with various government agencies (e.g.MSF) in the follow up of cases sent by agencies. Update agencies on the statuses.
- Monthly & Quarterly report updates through checking of latest appeal statuses
