- Strategic planning: defined and implemented the strategy for approaching the private sector, segmenting companies according to their core business and their possible subject of interest for linkage, achieving that companies in the mining and energy sector (such as Ecopetrol, Parex Resources, SierraCol Energy, Gran Tierra Energy), foundations (such as Fundación Saldarriaga Concha) and local Chambers of Commerce formalize alliances in PDET municipalities, through the mechanism of Public Works for Tax Deduction Law, direct investment or development of local investments, to develop infrastructure and agricultural projects, etc. - Team leadership: coordinated people involved in the private sector team to determine the best way to approach companies, through the strategy created, managing to sign 13 memorandums of understanding.- Led territorial spaces: together, with the regional coordinators, to carry out key activities in the 16 PDET subregions, achieving that, at least, 160 local companies are interested in being part of the PDET. - Project follow-up: introduced significant improvement tools to monitor 13 memorandums of understanding that the private sector executes in territories. In addition, I led the monitoring of those memorandums of understanding signed between the ART and guilds and companies, such as Fedegán, Federación Nacional de Cafeteros, Ecopetrol, Federación Nacional de Cacaoteros, to ensure the implementation of PDET initiatives.

Intelfarma: an entrepreneurship project focused on online medicine trade for the Atlantic Coast. In the pre-launch phase. Bogotá, Colombia. January 2020- Currently-Administrative coordination: Development of commercial alliances with suppliers related to online platform development, product distribution and online promotion.-Supply chain management: Development of commercial alliances with medical supplies providers.-Portfolio definition: Analyze, evaluate and define a catalog of products to be commercialized according to the pharmaceutical sector benchmark.
