Account Manager
Current- Foster strong relationships with key decision makers (CEO/DPCS/DON) at 250+ hospice agencies in California.
- Train clients on the effective use of HospiceMD as an EHR to ensure proper charting, creation of physician orders, use of clinical/financial reports and billing/claim submission.
- Conduct in-person visits on a weekly basis to discuss agency needs and to provide software updates to ensure a high-level of customer satisfaction.
- Travel to industry conferences to meet with new and existing clients to introduce them to HospiceMD and provide software related demos.
