Analyst Developer, Officer
Current● Participate in Global development and integration projects working in conversion team. ● Support, develop, manage, and complete requests in multiple global impacting banking applications for all areas (450 people) assuring a 100% of constant business operation.● Manage approx. 5 incidents and requests daily delegating tickets to the developer team using ticketing systems (Service Now, Wrike) in Kanban Agile framework.● Developer of Temenos T24 (bank core system) in approx. 1 strategic project monthly using Pick Basic and jBase in Unix, implementing process-based programs and routines.● Spearhead developments and support of Credit Risk Management System (In-house .NET, Oracle SQL and XML app) that enhance loan disbursement times from weeks to hours by automating flows for loan cycles and reduced operation risk by 300% in Miami and Geneva.● Perform full projects development cycle including busines analysis, requirement gathering, designing, developing, quality assurance and completing Change Management processes.● Provide Support in E-banking In-house app (Java, JSP, PHP, Html, SQL Oracle) for transfers, investment products, and clients’ accounts analysis for the commercial team.● Conduct research and analysis of banking systems to optimize and improve operations.
