Martin & Servera Restauranghandel is Sweden's leading wholesaler and partner for restaurants across the country. My role in the company was twofold, where I worked as an HR Partner at M&S Restauranghandel while also being HR Manager for our subsidiary, Martin & Servera Restaurangbutiker. I worked both strategically and operationally with all HR areas in the companies, such as labor law, work environment, rehabilitation, and recruitment. In my daily work, I coached leaders to act according to our values to contribute to the success of the business. I coached and support approximately 30 leaders and 400 employees.

Alten is one of Europe's largest IT and technology consulting companies with 1300 employees in Sweden. I worked both strategically and operationally in all areas within HR, excluding recruitment. I provided support to managers and employees across Sweden. My responsibilities included labor law, negotiations, and being the main responsible for Altens work on psychosocial work environment. Additionally, I was the main responsible for Alten Academy, our internal training organization, which I, along with the team, built from the ground up. We later hired a training administrator whom I supervised. My role included budget responsibility and strategic work related to internal training. Other responsibilities involved planning and conducting employee surveys, salary reviews, and various reporting to the parent company in France.

I worked operationally to support two divisional departments with recruitment and personnel matters. Together with our company lawyer, I provided training to all company managers in labor law. I served as the project leader in a project to coordinate our internal training programs, where I led the project in collaboration with 5 HR partners. In addition to my responsibilities, I worked on introducing new employees and various Employer Branding activities such as student activities, recruitment events, departmental activities, and conference trips, among others.

My role involved independent responsibility for the entire recruitment process for the Swedish retail operations. The responsibilities included tasks related to competence development, such as training and workshops for store managers. I was responsible for the project to update all job descriptions within the company. Other tasks included working on the employee survey, conducting the safety inspection at the head office, protocol writing, and compiling key performance indicators, among others.
