Martin & Servera Restauranghandel is Sweden's leading wholesaler and partner for restaurants across the country. My role in the company was twofold, where I worked as an HR Partner at M&S Restauranghandel while also being HR Manager for our subsidiary, Martin & Servera Restaurangbutiker. I worked both strategically and operationally with all HR areas in the companies, such as labor law, work environment, rehabilitation, and recruitment. Alten is one of Europe's largest IT and technology consulting companies with 1300 employees in Sweden. I worked both strategically and operationally in all areas within HR, excluding recruitment.
