I'm a game designer dedicated on creating a fun and engaging game whilst also taking into account the needs of the user as well as the community as a whole. My previous experiences with larger gaming events and pop culture conventions include working with such names as Comic Con Baltics, GameOn, Login and others. I'm capable of handling tasks that require interpersonal skills like working with or managing a team, creating a strategy and executing it when planning major events or tournaments. Furthermore, I am no stranger to bureaucracy when it comes to dealing with government and European Union funding. I have over 2 years of experiences working with the local institutions that provide EU funding for local businesses and individuals who are looking to start or expand their business. This job gave me the necessary knowledge on finding clients who are in need of your services and how to convince them that the funding they will get will get will propel their business rapidly. During my time in this industry I learned not only to deal with documentation, but also to work with all sorts of clients and team members, even working my way up to project manager in charge of my own team.These experiences allow me to quickly adapt to a new environment and reach a better understanding on what the user wants. Understanding how your audience operates and what are their current needs helps me reach and exceed expectations.
