- Carry out assignment of required tasks to business areas- Provide first class customer services on services policy and governance for multi-national internal colleagues, managers and HR colleagues- Identify continuous improvement and trends with the ability to make recommendations where service improvement/change is necessary- Resolve customer queries, via phone, chat and e-mail by analysing root cause and owning through to resolution- "Bug-proofing" and back-end (LMS, SuccessFactors)/front-end (PLT) testing Mandatory Training compliance prior to being published within the organisation- Building and updating training material to ensure it meets required standard- Cross trained in service lines: Learning Services, Learning Scheduling, LMS Work Orders, Barclays Mentoring Platform and PLT (Performance, Learning and Talent)
