Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software systems that meet the Company’s needs. Working collaboratively with other members of the development team, as well as project managers, business analysts, and clients or partners, to ensure that software solutions are efficient, reliable, and scalable.

Main responsibilities:- Architect, code, implement and support high-quality software solutions- Provide code review and support to junior members of the development team- Work with SCRUM team to deliver 100% of our quarterly (or any scheduled) releases on-time- Facilitate scrum meetings- Communicate with upper management- Guide developers in the design of new software products for robustness and scalability - Identify and train development teams on technical best practices - Participate in sprint planning day and other scheduled meetings

Main responsibilities:- Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing software systems and/or applications- Support, maintain, and document software functionality- Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.- Identify systematic weaknesses in business applications and present recommendations to improve the quality of the applications- Participate in technical roadmap planning- Perform code-reviews- Participate in sprint planning day and other scheduled meetings
