- Assist the Director of Development & Community Relations in fundraising for charities, including developing fundraising campaigns and events, managing donor databases, and coordinating donation acknowledgments and receipts.-Appointed by DPM Heng Swee Keat to the Sowing Care Together (SCT) Young Leaders Council in Dec 2023, alongside 19 other youths.- Build partnerships and community relations by identifying and engaging potential partners, maintaining relationships with current partners, and coordinating outreach events and activities.- Conduct research on charity, interfaith, and social impact to inform the Director's decisions and strategies, including identifying emerging trends, analyzing data, and producing reports and presentations.- Manage charity strategies communications by developing and implementing communication plans, creating content for various channels (e.g., social media, email newsletters, website), and coordinating media outreach efforts.- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of volunteer management, including maintaining volunteer databases, organising volunteer appreciation events, and providing ongoing support and coordination to ensure a positive and rewarding volunteer experience.
