About Lina Zuluaga

Lina is Vice-chair of the Americas' Women Network at the ITU and chair of the ITU-T SG5 Regional Group for LATAM ( electromagnetic fields, sustainable digitalización, environment, climate action and circular economy). Lina was co-chair of COMCITEL 2023 and vice-chair at the Artificial Intelligence Working Party at the OECD. She has held leadership and international strategic positions in government, mass media, higher education, development bank and non-profit institutions. Lina was independent board member of Telefónica - Movistar and Universidad Externado de Colombia.While at a large media company, Lina leveraged her team’s talents to create a new business model for the publishing group by embracing new technologies and co-creating (with public and private stakeholders) an innovative portfolio of products.
