Relief role as Regional Manager, overseeing 17 stores across the South West of WA.

As a Grocery manager, I am regarded as an engaging retail professional who is responsible forthe day-to-day running of the Longlife and Perishables department in the store.

- Motivate, mentor and support the store to identify and manage risks to enable theachievement of the business target in sales, profit, training, shrinkage and sales.- Implement and management of Return to Work coordinations in conjunction with Workcover- OH&S- Implement and manage the Risk & Safety Management System- Manage and ratify all competency development and compliance training of the store teams.- Monitor management practices and operational processes, investigate controlbreakdowns and incidents.- Implement controls to ensure risk mitigation, continuous improvement and business efficiency.

I was responsible for Planogram management, promotional tie up and store presentation, team leadership and building, vendor demonstrations as well as customer and community engagement initiatives such as marketing events and initiatives.My aim is simple; to make the process of selecting our products as easy and as inspiring as possible for our customers.
