Represent debtors in all types of bankruptcy proceedings

● Represent clients in bankruptcy, commercial disputes, commercial transactions, family law, municipallaw, eminent domain, and related matters.● Represent clients in depositions; draft complaints, answers, discovery, and other pleadings in contract and business-related cases; argue subsequent motions at hearings; negotiate settlements of outstanding issues in contract-related cases.● Research, draft and present various types of motions, briefs, and pleadings for appellate practice,bankruptcy, divorce, contract, commercial transactions, employment law, and foreclosures.● Represent debtors and creditors in all aspects of Chapters 7, 11, 12, and 13 bankruptcy proceedingsincluding adversary proceedings and regular motion practice; draft and prepare all aspects of bankruptcyfilings including petition and schedules, Chapter 13 Plans, Chapter 11 Plans and Disclosure Statements,and reaffirmation agreements.● Represent plaintiffs and defendants in foreclosure cases, including commercial and residential.● Prepare and finalize corporate formation of LLCs, companies, and other entities.● Meet with and counsel prospective and current clients regarding their legal options.● Manage office needs including supervising associate attorneys and staff, website building, billing, datamanagement, management of all technology aspects of the firm, and insurance issues.
