Project managed the construction of a product coordinator (www.customizeabin.com) for the Prestwick Group brands. Coordinated the work of a design team, numerous 3D asset specialists and an outside agency, which helped build the web application. The success of the configurator has resulted in a significant push to increase the number of products available online as well as the breadth of brands covered. Along with being able to build a custom product, customers are sent a PDF which contains the specifications of the product they've created.Migrated four websites from an antiquated classic ASP framework with no CMS into a multisite installation of Expression Engine. This has increased productivity of market content specialists as well as allowed for quicker updating of site wide content. Overhauled the existing Google Adwords account. Doubled the number of visits per month by increasing the ad quality scores and reducing the overall cost per click for each ad while also reducing the bounce rate by close to 25%. Due to the success of the revised campaigns, the budget for CPC advertising has doubled.Worked with art department employees to help move the web group to an agile workflow. This allowed better communication with stakeholders involved in the web projects which, in turn, improved the overall design of the projects based on greater review and coding time.

Maintained and updated HTML/CSS/JavaScript for Electronic Theatre Control’s multiple international websites. Led two complete redesigns of the flagship site as well as the development of its first custom built CMS. Managed projects by assessing materials provided by graphic designers, programmed working HTML pages and coordinated back end coding required from a staff of in-house .Net programmers. Improved end user access to documentation and increased visibility of newly created Education Department on the web site by creating a support section. This resulted in a rapid fall off in email requests for documentation and has attained close to 75,000 unique visits in its one year of existence. Founded ETC’s video department while maintaining web responsibilities. Cowrote, edited and published daily video shorts for end user and dealer training events. Conducted post-production and distribution of videos including interviews and product testimonials.Designed corporate emails to meet brand standards and maintain a consistent look and feel for ETC’s customer base. Implemented email tracking to gather end-user data. Refining email lists and ultimately improving open rates by 40 percent.Produced touchscreen product demonstrations for trade shows and sales presentations. Non-linear presentation structure allowed for more adaptable and versatile explanations of product capabilities.

Designed and facilitated printing of a wide variety of corporate literature including product catalogs, datasheets, advertisements and trade show graphics.

Created video transitions utilizing Elastic Reality's video editing software. Produced over sixty video effects over the course of a summer internship. Was exposed to video editing software, timeline based graphic controls and DOM structured coding.
