I have 20 years working experience in customer service and experienced in establish a digitalized contact center of which 12 years exposure as managerial role and in service and operational management and obtained around 12 years working experience with focus on managing service quality and streamlining operational process, I always keep abreast of latest service or operational excellence and project management tools in order to better equip me in facing challenges ahead. With strong interest in customer service industry, I had started my career in Customer Service sector in 2005.  With over 10 years experience in leading a1 team of more 100 team members, I have successfully developed myself to become a People Manager.  I have proven track record in building committed and customer-oriented teams for different organizations by introducing a transparent team’s culture, measurable performance management & motivation system, systematic staff development plan and closer staff communication strategy.  Apart from excellent people management skills, I am also good at initiating and managing strategic projects for enhancing service levels and developing sense of customer centric culture within the organization.
