My role involves leading the project by managing schedules, creating management artifacts, engaging with stakeholders both remotely and in-person, and generating reports and management presentations. Additionally, I assist the Project Manager while consistently adhering to PMBOK and Agile practices.In a previous role as a Project Manager in People Analytics, my focus was on achieving targets by transforming OKRs into data-driven strategic initiatives. This resulted in the generation of insights and reports that measured the performance of our internal and freelance recruiting teams.Prior to that, I worked in Recruitment and Selection, where I conducted briefings on Job Descriptions with various stakeholders, from multinational corporations to startups.
