Social media is constantly evolving so you need to keep analyzing the results to maintain an effective marketing strategy.Working as Marketing Manager for Little River Casino Resort and Cimarron Casino, I was involved in or supervised all aspects of marketing – direct mail, radio, television, print advertising, outdoor advertising, promotions, social media, and bus programs plus maintaining and preparing annual budgets. Statistics and demographics are the best tool in measuring and increasing the success of most programs but personal relationships with customers are what will bring your customers back. At both Native American-owned Casinos, I placed great importance of hiring Native Americans to my team.I have served on the American Indian Chamber of Commerce of Oklahoma (AICCO) as a Board Member/Secretary and on the Chapter level as Treasurer, Interim Chapter President and current Chapter President. I was awarded the Bickford Volunteer of the Year Award and Chapter Member of the Year. I have experience in many areas such as; Job Costing, Payroll, Receivables, Systems Administrator, Direct Marketing, Marketing Manager, Social Media Marketing, just to mention a few. While attending Ferris State University, I was awarded the Alpha Mu Alpha from the American Marketing Association. (Alpha Mu Alpha, is the national marketing honorary for qualified undergraduate, graduate and doctoral marketing students, and marketing faculty.)
