Cybercrime and fraud enforcement work within the Litigation Practice Group.

Conducted legal review of municipal codes by applying principles of statutory construction and applicable state law. Identified and addressed issues involving state and federal constitutional questions, case law conflicts, and court interpretations. Scrutinized the codes for vagueness, fair notice, free speech infringement, selective enforcement, and equal protection in view of fundamental rights.

Conducted complex investigations and litigation involving violations of the federal securities laws, including accounting fraud, fraudulent securities offerings, Ponzi schemes, and violations of public reporting, books-and-records, and internal controls requirements.
