This position allowed me to successfully negotiate with a new company that was relocating to North Carolina to place 100 individuals within a 30 day period. The positions included manufacturing technicians, IT, and engineering executives as well as customer service representatives.

While at Montgomery Insurance I was promoted twice within the commercial insurance department. As a territory manager I spearheaded a marketing strategy called “Montgomery days” to drive new business within my assigned territory. In 2010 I was awarded Territory Manager of the Year for securing the largest book-roll in the history of all business distribution channels for Montgomery Insurance as well as parent company, Liberty Mutual.
