Programs Manager for the Corporate IT Change Management Process, overseeing the overall process for all IT infrastructure and application changes at FPL, ensuring minimal impact due to technology changes. FPL’s Change Management process is based partly on the ITIL framework. Received ITIL Practitioner Certification in Change and Release and earned Lean Yellow Belt Certification for Kaizen project (lean process improvement). Represented FPL's Information Management department in the company's 2011 James L. Broadhead Quality award where process improvement initiatives were presented.

Technology Consultant working as liaison to business units in quest to educate customers on FPL’s IT asset management processes, providing support for maintenance of system data ensuring integrity. Championed the origination of the IT Scorecard and Metrics process. Worked with management to establish initial baseline data and metrics/goals for all areas of IT Operations. Set up the initial Distributed Cost Per User matrix and process for metrics data gathering based on Gartner benchmark and use with UNITE.

Project Manager for the development and support of FPL’s Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) infrastructure. Managed timely EDI project deliverables and support for FPL legacy applications such as SAP and CIS. Also managed the development and support of FPL’s Common User Environment (CUE) for the desktop. Coordinated business unit CUE rollouts for Windows NT, Windows 2000, and Windows XP, and led day to day activities to ensure FPL user applications were compatible with each OS. Managed support for development languages (Smalltalk, PowerBuilder, VisualBasic), development tools, and server development environments. Provided evaluation of new development/testing tools and Y2K testing coordination for infrastructure software.
