Supervision of extended day program consisting of over 70 students and 30 staff members by writing effective group lesson plans and schedules.Coordinate work schedules for the program that meet the needs of the students and families that we serve while utilizing company time efficiently.Communicating effectively and positively with the parents/guardians of the students and team members by addressing any concerns in a timely fashion.

Assisting teachers with lesson plans, assessments, classroom management, student behavioral strategies, conflict resolution, and school activities and events.Facilitate communication between school administrators, teachers, and support staff.Regulate adherence to school policies, district guidelines, and state compliance.

Deliver courteous and efficient customer service to clients located in hospitals, schools, and restaurants throughout the cities’ five boroughs, Westchester County, and New Jersey.Supervise and coordinate record keeping and work-loads in the Data Entry/Order Department, Sales Office, and Shipping/Warehouse facility, and daily printing of invoices and delivery tickets.Input faxed and telephone order entries in a timely fashion into the Bakers Dozen Program to meet bakery and shipping deadlines on a daily basis.Research new products and services to meet the needs of the clients.Evaluate quality and availability of goods and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
