Our targeted population included DUI and Drug Court clients, city and county probationers, and parents involved in the child welfare system. I also held the position as interim Clinical Director.I founded and am the Executive Director of Second Chance And Reentry Services (SCARS), a nonprofit organization that provides psychoeducational classes, psychosocial rehabilitation, case management, mental health counseling, and outpatient substance abuse treatment. We have offices in El Reno and Mustang, OK. Our targeted counseling populations for our Mustang office are adults, children, and families that reside in the Mustang/Yukon area. Our targeted populations for the El Reno office are court-ordered offenders and parents involved in the child welfare system.
