(Contract @ Chrysler)- Worked with technical personnel from SAS, Chrysler Management, Users, and IT staff to verify and finalize the EDIS (Early Detection and Investigation System) project. The EDIS project created a SAS based system to statistically analyze Warranty and other product data. Statistical techniques used include frequencies, multivariate analysis, influence analysis, associations and sequences, and decision trees. Statistical results, mapping, charts and graphs were displayed through a SAS/Web application- Designed, coded & tested using these SAS products: SAS System for Windows (base SAS 8.2), SAS Macro Language, SAS/Screen Control Language (SCL), SAS Enterprise Information System (EIS), SAS/Graph, SAS/MDDB Server, SAS/AppDev Studio, SAS/Stat, & SAS/Access-DB2.

(Contract @ Chrysler)- Project manager for a team comprised of Management, Users and System Architects to convert the Early Warranty Tracking System from a mainframe system to a web based client-server system. - Conducted customer JAD sessions to determine requirements, performed data modeling, developed relational database structures & ETL procedures. Designed and directed the development, testing and roll-out of the web application. - Responsible for the enhancement, analysis, system design, and on-going support of various OS/MVS Warranty Quality Systems, including a Warranty Data Warehouse, an Early Warranty Tracking System, a Defect Reporting System, and an Employee Lease and Fast Feedback System. Platforms ranged from MVS/DB2/Cobol, Java/UNIX/UDB EEE (ETL processes) to Net.data and J2EE/Struts.

Ground Transportation Company- Remodeled a custom filePro Software reservation and point-of-sale system to reduce the time spent making a reservation by 75%, minimizing errors and training time and enhance the audit ability and accuracy of credit card billing. - Worked with a web development company and on-site technical support to interface the reservation system with the company’s new website to allow web reservations to automatically be received and processed.A Title Company- Analyzed requirements, designed, and developed a filePro database to track and maintain properties and title reports. - Created a filePro application to process title orders and perform monthly statements and billing. An Investment Company- Determined requirements, designed, and developed a filePro database to track and maintain investments, payments, statements and monthly reports. I- nstalled SCO/XENIX, upgraded and installed SCO/UNIX. - Responsible for UNIX Administration, profiles, scripting, software installation, printer support and operating system upgrades.Additional projects- Built Websites (not web applications) using Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and AJAX - XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.- Various projects using RM/Cobol, AccuCobol and Microfocus Cobol.
