Co-founded Play Therapy Base in 2011 in response to community need for child centred local play therapy services for children age 3 to 14 yrs living in Lothians . Key role is to support families through a child centred trauma informed lens while following the principles of Play Therapy. Providing a welcome safe environment for children to access therapy and individuals to feel seen, heard and valued. While sourcing funding for children I provide information to funders about the service its aims and the outcomes of the work.

Worked with education staff and families, supporting children aged 5-12 to access learning and support their emotional well-being.

Key worker in family centre, working with children from 0-8 years old and their families to support child development, health and wellbeing . Providing play that was appropriate to individuals needs and working in partnership with partners in Health, Education and Social Work to ensure children were safe and healthy.
