Manage and facilitate the collection of evidence and property from arresting officers involved with the Kent Field Office operations, to include sign offs on chain of custody movement.

Supervise criminal offenders ordered to supervision in the community in accordance with Washington State law, Interstate Compact Rules/Regulations, and agency policy and within prescribed time-frames.Conduct investigations such as pre-sentence, in-state, and inter-state transfers, and offender release plans. Complete intake with offenders to orient the offender to supervision and address offender conditions of supervision. Administer assessments such as risk, needs, and substance abuse. Refer offenders for polygraph exams, and read, maintain, evaluate, and document results. Conduct searches of offenders, offender residences, and /or motor vehicles and other collateral locations. Complete offender/collateral contacts (e.g. field visits) as required by agency policy. Use Communication strategies, such as Motivational Interviewing to enhance the offender's intrinsic motivation to change.Enforce supervision conditions and the law. Present accurate written documentation and oral testimony, and make appropriate sanction recommendations for courts and /or hearings. Transport offenders to an incarceration facility or other designated area. Identify, collect, document, process, and maintain evidence and information, ensuring proper chain of custody and storage. Issue and serve warrants. Arrest offenders in the office, at their homes, employment sites, or other collateral locations in a safe manner for supervision violations and new law violations. Investigate and respond to supervision violations. Investigate and respond to new law violations that occur in the presence of the CCO and take follow-up actions. Write detailed reports on new law violations and supervision violations. Testify during trial/court hearings. Partner with various law enforcement agencies on an as needed or requested basis.

I volunteered with the TAC 3 unit every Monday and I split my time between shadowing a lead CCO in TAC 3 as well as shadowing a PSI/SAU officer. I learned the components that are involved with putting together offender's case files. I was taught how to navigate within and maintain multiple electronic and hardcopy offender files to assist with updating offender's files. I observed the interviews for offenders who are new intakes to addressing offender conditions of supervision. I learned about the difference between pre-sentence, in-state, and inter-state transfers, and how that affects the conditions of their respective offender release plans. I also was able to get an understanding of the sound decisions made concerning offender financial obligations, loss of liberty, sanctions, offender living arrangements, and treatment and education referrals.

I co-managed two separate projects in the billing space where I was responsible for the execution and quality control of our product delivery to the client. I worked one on one with the client to provide solutions as new trends developed while coordinating with my management with in-depth report writing. I helped mentor new members of the team and provide training material for the training department.Additionally, I provide mentoring and coaching in the billing space, including my special projects as team members are added. I investigate and resolve billing (payment issues, scam/light fraud investigations, gift card scams) and account issues while coordinating with the training department and quality management to provide superior execution with our product delivery.On the side, I also co-wrote my company's security policy, developed intelligence and breach mitigation procedures, adopting/developing cyber threat intelligence (CTI) affecting company-wide that was adopted and utilized for the company's employee base.

Part of the counter-terrorism and counterintelligence task force. My daily tasks were to receive intelligence briefings and coordinate my team to detect, respond, and assist in on-going operations and investigations. We worked in conjunction with various law enforcement entities including the DEA, FBI, and local police. I also gave out-briefings to my task-force based on daily operations and any new intelligence gained in the field. I was a team lead who mitigate problems on the spot and found new ways to provide better resolutions that would be utilize to achieve the best results in our daily operations.After significant experience on the team, I provided training for my peers and leadership team on how to manage the task force. I also provided compliance assessments and gap assessments of our program and made recommendations to management. I was a stake-holders liaison to various entities in order to gain cooperation and rapport. And I also provided insider threat analysis and measured effectiveness with our detection program management. I participated in covert operations for K9 Explosive Detection Program as well as our Surveillance program used to assess the vulnerabilities and detect terrorist activities within our borders. I gained a certificate for my participation in the program.

I worked alongside Intelligence Analysts to collect intelligence on suspects of interests to the Administration. I was trained in NADDIS, using open sources, and other federal databases to collect, report, and investigate. Most of my intelligence collection were HUMINT, OSINT, and GEOINT. My reports were drafts used later for affidavits and I was also assigned to an investigation team and managed case files.

I worked for the office of U.S. Senator Maria Cantwell. While there, I connected constituents and stakeholders to the Senator to resolve public policy issues, collected data and was the scheduling coordinator for her daily schedules, meetings, and public appearances.
