Reporting directly to the Head of School, provide high-level administrative support to senior management, the faculty, the admissions team and the Board of Directors. Responsible for scheduling and calendar management, updating policies, procedures and training materials, the management of student records, and admissions paperwork. Serve as primary point of contact for parents, LEA’s, admissions, transportation companies, and educational and health professionals. Develop and maintain marketing materials including monthly newsletter, advertisements, job postings, and website.

Served as front desk support for busy municipal health and human service center, assisting the public and community agencies with in-person and telephone enquiries. Responsible for administrative and IT duties, organizing programs and events, and training front desk volunteers.

Managed a diverse team of over 100 volunteers. Developed and implemented new volunteer policies. Provided volunteer group training and one-to-one support.

Coordinated training programs for long-term unemployed adults to enable them back into the workplace. Through outreach, matched clients with suitable work experience placements, training programs and employment opportunities.

Responsible for assessing the needs of service users and their families in a hospital setting. Arranged, monitored and reviewed client’s care plans. Coordinated with a multidisciplinary medical team on a daily basis.
