I Would like to introduce myself my name is Linda Vallance, I have been in the traffic management industry for 5 years I started off as an apprentice gaining my Lantra Qualification M1-M5, after successfully completing the apprenticeship I was offered a Job as an TMO for a Traffic Management company in the south of England, I was then offered a promotion and became a depot supervisor 12months working along side my manager I was the offered a promotion and became Depot manager within Oxfordshire. In 2020 I decided I needed to expand my potential so here I am at Amberon as a contracts manager, the reason I stepped away from depot manager is because I enjoy working with clients and giving the best possible customer service. key to success is Customer Satisfaction.In 2021/2022 I had some time away and became a mother to a beautiful little girl now as she growing up I’ve decided that now is the right time to get back into working life. 2023 I’m looking at getting back into traffic management although some qualifications have expired.
