I currently manage three operation teams within the Financial Underwriting Organization. These teams are responsible for the daily processing of census loading for medical underwriting pricing and disruption analysis reporting for determining provider impacts to new and existing customers. These teams support the internal Cigna Sales offices as well as Medical Underwriting. I am actively engaged in initiatives supporting paperless environments such as OneNote and web-based tracking applications.

My experience with the Ceres Group included Medical Underwriting, Life Insurance, Annuities and Broker Appointment and Contracting with all state Departments of Insurance. I managed the Agent Licensing Area for several years, responsible for the appointments and contracting of all agent and brokers doing business with Ceres Group and its affiliates. I was engaged in the creation and implementation of a paper-less initiative that automated the agent appointment process through a web-based application called QQLink.
